PROCESS
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage opens the session, using gentle rhythmic strokes to activate lymphatic pathways and reduce fluid retention. Wood Therapy follows, using specially crafted wooden tools to break down fatty deposits and sculpt the silhouette. Together these two techniques work synergistically to amplify each other's results.
EXPERIENCE
Your 60-75 minute session opens with the light, soothing rhythm of lymphatic drainage before transitioning into the firm, targeted pressure of Wood Therapy. Following your treatment you may notice increased urination, mild redness or tenderness, and an immediate feeling of lightness and definition — all normal and positive responses. Staying well hydrated before and after is highly recommended.
MAINTENANCE
For optimal results, a series of sessions is generally recommended. The exact number of sessions will depend on each individual’s goals. Many clients start seeing improvement after 3- 5 sessions, with sessions spaced 1-2 week apart. Followed by regular monthly sessions to support lymphatic function and over health.
