FACIAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE & MICRODERMABRASION

PRE/POST CARE
- - Avoid retinol, acids & active ingredients 48 hours before — sensitized skin and exfoliation don't mix No waxing or threading 48 hours prior — freshly treated skin is too sensitive for facial work
- Stay out of direct sun and skip tanning — compromised skin is harder to treat and slower to recover
- Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face if possible
- Come hydrated — it makes a real difference in how your skin responds and recovers
Before Your Appointment
Immediately After Appointment
For First 24 Hours
Days 2-5
- - You may feel lighter, tired, or deeply relaxed — this is your body beginning to process and eliminate
- Drink a full glass of water as soon as possible after your session
- Avoid rushing back into a full day — give yourself a window to rest if you can
- - Skip makeup — your skin needs to breathe and absorb what it just received
- Cleanse with a mild, fragrance-free cleanser only
- Apply SPF 30+ before going outside — post-treatment skin is more vulnerable to UV damage Avoid hot showers, steam & saunas
- Skip heavy exercise — sweat on freshly treated skin causes irritation
- - Continue drinking more water than usual
- Eat clean and keep meals light — processed foods and excess sodium slow the lymphatic system
- Try 15 minutes of deep diaphragmatic breathing daily — this helps keep lymph flowing between
sessions
- Move your body every day — the lymphatic system has no pump of its own, muscle movement is what drives it
- Notice the shifts — reduced bloating, improved skin tone, and better energy are all signs your body is
responding
The Power of Consistency
One session creates a shift. A series creates lasting change.
Your body responds best when it's supported regularly — each session builds on the last, helping you maintain what you've already worked hard to achieve. Whether you're working toward a specific goal or simply investing in how you feel, a series is the most effective way to see and sustain your results.
