Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY 12-Hour Policy A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. If your appointment is more than 12 hours away, you may cancel or reschedule online or by contacting us directly. If your appointment is within 12 hours, please reach out to us directly. At this point, the following fees apply: • 50% cancellation fee • 100% no-show fee • 20% rescheduling fee We operate on a strict 12-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy to ensure fair access to appointments for all clients. Once you are within this window, your appointment is considered confirmed and this policy will be enforced. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. This policy applies to all appointments, packages, gift cards, and mobile bookings. MOBILE APPOINTMENTS Mobile appointments require additional coordination and travel time. • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all mobile bookings • Mobile appointments are confirmed only after direct communication • The 12-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged according to the policy • Arrival windows are estimated and may be affected by traffic, parking, or building access Please ensure parking access and entry instructions are provided in advance. Time lost due to access delays or late arrival will be deducted from the session, and full service fees apply. PACKAGES Packages are designed to support consistency and optimal results. • Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable • All package sessions are subject to the 12-hour cancellation policy • Missed appointments or late cancellations count as a used session • Package sessions must be redeemed within the stated validity period Consistent attendance is strongly recommended for best results. LATE ARRIVALS All appointments are carefully scheduled to allow the full enjoyment of your service. Late arrivals more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened session in order to respect the next guest. Services will end at the originally scheduled time, and full service fees apply.
